Terms and Conditions

These standard terms and conditions between you(the Buyer) and OKHOBBY represent the entire agreement between the two parties.

1. Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions ( Terms ), the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

"the Buyer" refers to the person, firm or company who has purchased the Goods from the OKHOBBY:

"the Company" refers to OKHOBBY;

"Contract" refers to the contract between the OKHOBBY and the Buyer which shall be deemed to include these Terms;

"Goods" refers to any goods mentioned in the Contract which are to be supplied by the OKHOBBY to the Buyer;

In these Terms, reference to any statute or statutory provision shall be construed as a reference to such statute or statutory provision as amended, modified, reenacted or replaced from time-to-time.

2. The Contract

The Contract shall be based on these Terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions which are purported to be included or applied by the Buyer. Terms and conditions which are contained in the confirmation of order, purchase order or other document of the Buyer cannot become a part of the Contract.

Please mention specifically when you have any questions before purchasing. Otherwise, buyer will be considered as fully agreeing to all the terms and conditions.

3. Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be only considered as indicative , although it is the Company's policy to fulfil all orders within 7-14 working days. When the buyer places an order, any goods available will be sent to the Buyer as soon as possible. Subjecting to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect economic loss or loss of profits , arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods. Nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.

In most case, item will be delivered within our expected delivery period. However, if buyer cannot receive the item within 3 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for further investigation. The investigation will take at most 30 days. Any replacement / refund / compensation will not be processed until the investigation has completed.

Order can only be delivered to the payer's home/ wokking place.

3.1 Delivery Charges

We strive to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered. You only need to pay one delivery charge, regardless of the number of products you've ordered. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, the charge will be higher.

The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on each product page. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order. We reserve the rights to ask our customers to pay extra postage. To avoid any disputes, please contact us for quotation before payment.

3.2 Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try our best to make sure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us at sales@okhobby.hk .If a .product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@okhobby.hk.

When you place an order to purchase a product from okhobby.hk, we will send you an e-mail with the details of your order for your confirmation. Your order represents an offer which is accepted by us.

These are the standard terms and conditions between OKHOBBY and you (the Buyer), representing the entire agreement between the parties.

4. Product Availability
We will update our website regularly to provide accurate details of product availability. We will do all to keep product available. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee availability because orders placed outside our office hours may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified by your email address registered on our website and be refunded the full amount of your order made.

5. Errors & Omissions
We try our best to ensure the information on our website is correct and the latest. If you find any errors on our site, please let us know. We promise to correct them as soon as possible. Specifications and product descriptions are only for guidance so their accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Errors and Omissions excepted.

6. Product Information
Please note that some product instruction manuals are not wriiten in English. In case you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual, please contact us and we will happily send you its English information.

7. Returns
OKHOBBY wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and that is why we will inspect all the item and make sure it is in a satisfied condition before we ship it out to you. In addition, we will also offer a very simple Product Exchange Guarantee for you! If your item was arrived in a faulty condition, you may exchange another new item within 7 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item with the packing slip, please submit your item exchange request using our complaint system for approval. We will start our insepction immedately and it will take around 2-3 business days for the inspection. All the inspection result will be notified to you via our complaint system. Finally, we will issue a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to you if your item returns request is approved. Please remember to mark your RMA number on your returning parcel as we will not process your parcel if we can't found the RMA number on your parcel. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and display visible signs of use. Also, All the packing must be included when you return the items to us. Items to be returned can be shiped by any method, but OKHOBBY will not be responsible for shipping cost for sending the items back in most of the cases.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product and exchange the new item for you as soon as we receive and process your return. All returns must have prior approval from OKHOBBY and any items without such approval may be returned to the sender at their own cost. Any cancellation is subject to a minimum 5% (whichever is greater) re-stocking fee or may not be accepted at all.

AGAIN, PLEASE NOTICE THAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT GOOD RETURNS IF YOU HAVEN'T GAINED OUR RMA NUMBER FROM US. Please kindly contact us by our complaint system or email (cs@okhobby.hk) before you sent back your item.

We will not exchange the item if:
a. Any kind of damage caused by accident, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper use or voltage, acts of God, software problems, normal ware & tear, or any unauthorized repair or being tampered with will not be covered.
b. OKHOBBY shall be not liable for any loss, damage whatsoever, including any loss of profits, damage to property, personal injury and death, arising under or related to the use for this product or the accompanying software, written materials or from errors, deficiencies or faults therein, whether such loss or damage is caused by negligence or otherwise.

7.1 Faulty Goods
We aim to replace or repair faulty products if they are deemed to be faulty on arrival. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery. However, the product must be in new condition including its original box, packing and accessories. Proof of purchase must also be offered. If we fail to detect a fault, we must return the goods to the manufacturer for confirmation before we are able to supply a replacement.

7.2 Costs of return
Any costs incurred for returning the goods should be paid by the customer and we will not accept responsibility for the goods until delivered and signed for. We therefore strongly advise you to use a recorded and insured method of carriage.

8. Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
The price for the Goods shall, unless otherwise agreed, be the price set out on the order confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

9. Risk in and Ownership of the Goods
Risk of the Goods shall be passed to the Buyer on delivery.
Ownership of the Goods shall not be passed to the Buyer until the Company has received in full in cleared funds all sums due to the Company in respect of the Goods and all other sums which are or may become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.

10. Payment
Payment confirmation is required before dispatch of goods.
We accept all international Visas, Mastercards and American express.
Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars at the exchange rate offered by the PAYPAL at the time and date of the transaction and your statement will list the purchase as Paypal – Okhobby.hk. We accept paypal, western union, bank to bank deposit or credit card by paypal for payment. We reserve our rights to accept the payment method for customers in different countries.
All of the duties should not be included in our price. The buyer should pay their country duties by themselves.
